Hi Scott: Attached is the revised plat for this Amended Exemption. Thanks for your follow-up review to assess if they

RE: Smilack Amended Plat Application
Dear Tia,

GLENWOOD SPRINGS, COLORADO 81602
(970) 945-5491 FAX (970) 945-4081
Thank you for contacting Holy Cross Energy regarding the amendment of the lot lines at 2755 County
Road 103.
I have reviewed your proposed plans and have no issue with vacating the Utility Easement as more fully
described in reception number 737087 of the records of the Garfield County Courthouse, Glenwood
Springs, Colorado.
However, Holy Cross Energy shall retain its own Right-of-way Easement as more fully described in
reception number 500536 of the records of the Garfield County Courthouse, Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
Additionally, I would like to recommend that you account for future Utility Easements in your amended
plat so that relocating a lot line will not adversely affect Holy Cross Energy from providing for your future
power needs.
I have included both of the referenced documents for your use.
Should you have questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
HOLY CROSS ENERGY

Subject: Final Plat Questions
Hi Glen,
We have a few questions regarding the final plat.
1) Are the vacated grey lines necessary on the main plat?
2) Is the 25' setback a standard distance or is this excessive?
3) Do we need the title insurance signature if the title insurance company did a full title search June 10th? It will
potentially cost us more money and we would like to avoid it if possible.
4) Is it common practice to have the letters AD preceding 2016?
5) How many copies of the plat and improvement survey are required for submission?
Thank you,
We look forward to wrapping this up.
Tia and Edward
