1) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (I.R.C.)
AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.)
2) IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED
"GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES REDLINED
ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 1500 PSF.
4) PROVIDE A LOT IMPROVEMENT SURVEY AT FRAMING INSPECTION TO VERIFY ALL
STRUCTURES ARE FULLY CONTAINED WITHIN THE PLATTED BUILDING ENVELOPE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS & OTHER PROJECTIONS.
5) INSTALLATION OF A RESIDENTIAL FIRE -SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS REQUIRED, AND SYSTEM
SHALL BE DESIGNED TO COMPLY WITH N.F.P.A. 13D OR I.R.C., SECTION 2904. VERIFY ALL
FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND COORDINATE INSPECTIONS WITH LOCAL
FIRE DISTRICT. PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF ROUGH -IN APPROVAL AT FRAMING INSPECTION,
AND FIRE DISTRICT FINAL APPROVAL REPORT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
6) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
