Dear Mr. Caves,
A representative of Huddleston-Berry Engineering and Testing, LLC (HBET) observed the foundation
excavation and tested the soil compaction on August 31, and September 2,2Ûrc.
Periodic testing for the subject project is complete and any exceptions have been correctsd. The open hole
inspection indicated that the subsurface soil conditions on the lot are consistent with the referenced report.
Therefbre, based upon the recommendations in the referenced reports, results of the open hole inspection,
and results ofthe field density testing, the subgrade is adequate for foundations constructed in accordancç
with the referenced report using a bearing capacity of 1500 psf.
