Description of Project: Pro Gas desires to utilize the property for the stor4age and bulk salestdistdbutlon of propane.
Pro Gas Intends to Install a 30,000 gallon propane tank,faclllties for distribution, delivery and store smaller propane tanks (1,000 through
100 gallon tanks). The site will be fenced and secured. The site will not have any type of office or buildings.
The only access will be the delivery driver and the transport driver. Pro Gas may In the future wish to Install another bulk
propane tank. This will require combining the six (6) lots Into one (1) parcel.
