The review of the Zeder Residence plans by Garfield County found that the general structural
notes referenced the structure was designed to the 2009 lRC. This is a dated noted that should
have been updated when Garfield County adopted 2015 IRC in July of 2016. The structure was
designed to the 20L5 lRC.
