We will be lowering the slab elevation by 15" to a civil height of 82.75. The average grade across the foot print prior to construction is 83.00. 2. We will lower the upper floor plate by 6" to 8'-6" vs. 9'-0". 3. We will lower the heel height on the trusses by 6" to 47 /8" vs. LO7 f8" . My original calculations had the midpoint of the upper roof at an elevation of t25'-87/8" . Adding6" for the barn slab at gg'-6" put us at26'-27/8" tall. Additionally with the average grade being 83.00 and with the slab at 94'00;we were27'- 27/8" tall. W¡th the changes above we will be at24'- LL7 /8" for the building height. I will get these changes made and to you ASAP. l'm hoping that Dave can continué h¡s review during this time. lt may be the end of the day tomorrow before I get those drawings to you. Please let me know if these calculations match with yours and that this will resolve the height concerns that you had.
