TEP Rocky Mountain LLC will be commencing drilling operations by 08/27/2017 and will continue for approximately 70 days. At which time I will notify you of the removal of the employee housing. This notification is per GARCO Planning and Zoning regulations for the pad located in Sec 5 - T7S R96W. Please see the attached map, directions, pad layout and emergency contact information. TEP will provide rig site housing accommodations for the duration of the drilling operation which will be approximately 70 days. In accordance with Garfield County Planning and Zoning Regulations, the attached documentation provides emergency response information and driving directions for the MV 34-5 pad.
