Re: Status of$ttilding Permit # 5051, issued 3- 17 -94.
Dear Mr. Myers,
As you know, any building permit project that is suspended or abandoned for six months
or more, the permit becomes mill and void_ We are following up on any permit that shows no
inspections called for in the Iasi six months.
According to our inspection record card, (copy enclosed), the last inspection called for by
you was an underground plumbing inspection, performed by us on December 6, 1994. Also, we
show that a temporary mobile home permit (TMI -JP) was also issued. Ifthis mobile home is still -
on site and being bsed as a dwelling, this permit needs to be renewed This TMITP can be
renewed by yon for up to 12 more months
We are asking you to contact our ofiee to inform us of the current status of this project.
Please ask for our Office Manager, Stella Archuletta. If you have been continually working on
the project, the permit would remain valid for another six months from the date of your contact
with us. If we tail to hear from you, then we will close the permit. Any additional construction
work would require a new permit and payment of necessary fees.

Dear Mr. Myers, _.
In discussing your situation with Don Owens, Chief Building Official, it seems that the
extenuating circumstances regarding your logs would allow us to keep your permit open for a
while longer However, you must come into our office and renewyour Temporary Mobile Home
Permit'(TMPH) by no later than Monday April 1, 1996. The cost to renew this permit is • $50 it
may he renewed for up to 12 more mouths, maximum After tbat, the trailer must be removed by
law Also, when you get your logs and begin building again, call us so that we may make a
vutaticn your inspection mid-
When you renew your TMPH, please ask for our Office Manager, Stella. Archuleta She
will take care (tithe paperwork.

Mr. Myers,
This is to advise you that your building permit, #5051, dated 3/17/94, for the construction of a single family
home at 2655 Odin Drive in Silt has expired. No further work and no occupancy of the building may take
place untll,a permit is renewed with this office. It is a violation of CRS 30 -28 -205 & 210, uniform building
code, to occupy a dwelling until after a final inspection and certificate of occupancy have been accomplished.
The house appears to be illegally occupied.
You are hereby given notice, pursuant to the above statutes, that you must completely correct the violations
within thirty (30) days of the date this notice is received. Please be advised that violation of the above
statutes is a misdemeanor crime punishable by a fine of not more than $100.00 or imprisonment for not more
than ten days, or both, and that each day that the violation continues is deemed to be a separate offense.
If you have any questions regarding what actions are required to achieve compliance, or you wish to report
compliance action taken, please contact this office in writing at the address below, or by e-mail at the address
above.
