Since this building permit came in under Tracy's name, but Clayton Homes is the current property owner we will need to receive a "Letter of Authority" from Clayton Homes granting the right for Garfield County to review this building permit application. lf you could provide this information as well as confirmation of the L15 mph ultimate wind speed requirement from your Engineer, it will facilitate our approval of these building permit applications. Also, earlier today I did receive confírmation from Dan Goin of the driveway permit with Road & Bridge. Home- Permit #BLMF-08-1-7-4870 CM H Warner BLMF-08-17 -487 O.pdf Richard: I have completed the plan review for the Warner Residence located at Odin Drive in Silt, but before we can release for permit we need to receive verification from the Engineer that this manufactured home meets the wind speed requirements for Garfield County per the 2015 IRC (115 mph Ultimate Wind Speed). See attached PDF which shows wind load of only 90 mph on cover sheet. Please have the Engineer of Record verify that building design meets this requirement, and they can send an email directly to me per my contact information provided below. We look forward to receiving a reply on this item so that we can release for permits. There's also another item I wanted to ask about: Have you contacted Garfield County Road & Bridge Dept. for a driveway permit? Please forward a response to me about this too.
