It involves the property located at 45 Casa Del Monte Court, Property Schedule #040201. I believe a permit will be applied for a addition to include another bedroom, possibly another bathroom. Last fall without permit this house was remodeled and a 4th bedroom was added to it. I have enclosed a copy of the ad that was in the paper to rent this house. Now the owner Mr. Eric Pedersen plans to move back into the home and perform some type of remodel. The house (modular) has been on the property for a minimum of ten years. in the years we have been in the area the septic tank has never been pumped and the drain field is wet at the service and mushy most of the summer. On certain days you can smell septic in the air. It is my hope that if a permit is applied for it will not be allowed with the existing septic tank since it is already apparent to us that this tank is not adequate for present use. Since no permit was filed for on the last remodel we suspect that might hap --pen gain- -.- -- I hope you will be on the alert for this application if and when it comes in.
