ATTIC REQUIREMENTS: 1. Provide an access to all attic areas with a clear height over 30 inches. The minimum size is 20 inches by 30 inches. There must be 30 inches or more clear height above the access. (1209.2) 2. Provide cross ventilation in all attic areas.
