Dear Mr Zabriski:
It has come to my attention that the house referenced above has been occupied
without final inspection and approval of the electrical system by the State of
Colorado Electrical Inspector and without the issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy by this department. Occupancy without all required inspections and
approval of these inspections is not approved under codes adopted by Garfield
County. You are required to contact this department within seven (7) days of the
date of this letter, regarding this matter. Thank you, I am looking forward to your
