RE: Inspection report on septic system and drainage
system for the property listed below.
Property Location: 1686 Road 132
Glenwood Springs, CO. 81601
On Wednesday, July 21, 1993, an inspection of the septic
system at the above property was conducted by Roto- Rooter
Services. The following findings are hereby submitted:
1) The location of the septic system was determined
and the tank was found to be operating normally
with no evidence of seepage or leakage in or around
the tank.
2) The approximate location of the tank drainage area
was also determined and found to be in good
condition and operating normally. No evidence of
leakage or problems was apparent.
3) The septic tank system has an approximate holding
capacity of 2200 gallons.
The above information is presented and based on a visual and
physical on -site inspection. No excavation or testing was
performed around the tank or in the drainage area to
determine underlying problems. By no means can it be
assumed that problems could not develop based on this
report.
Roto- Rooter Services will not be held accountable or liable
for any additional problems or failures to the system based
on this report.
