I am currently reviewing plans for Charles & Amy Perrin's new residence located at Battlement Creek Village, Lot 5 in
Parachute
There are a couple of outstand¡ng items which I am hoping that you can assist with, so that I can finalize my plan review:
a. Soils Report - The Structural drawings (Sheet 51) reference a soils report by H P-Kuma r, but we didn't receive a
copy of this report along with the building permit application. Can you or your Structural Engineer provide us
with a digital coPY of this rePort?
b. Main Level Framing Plan - The drawings we received include Boise Cascade's framing plans for the upper level
floor and roof plan, but not the main level floor framing plan (Sheet 52 is missing). Can you or your Structural
Engineer email provide us with a digital PDF version (or 2 hard copies) of Sheet 52?
Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter. We look forward to receiving these items so that we can finalize our
plan review & issue a building permit for this project'
