Subject: Plans submitted for construction of two dwelling unit building at 0167 &
0175 S. Ridge Court.
Dear Jerre:
In reviewing the plans submitted for this building 1 noted that the only change in the •
plan from those submitted in may of 1994 is the date on the plan. I'm sure that you
recall that there was communication and an exchange of information regarding the
separation between the two dwelling units and how this would be accomplished. The
most recent plans do not include the design that was proposed and accepted by this
department for that application.
I went back through .the last three applications for these buildings and copied some of
the information that resulted from earlier communication. I will attach this to this
application for the purpose of approval. I am requesting that on future applications the
identified deficiencies be corrected on the plans submitted in the permit process. I do
not believe that the same incorrect plan should be submitted on every application when
the method of correction has been identified. I appreciate your attention to this and if
you have questions please give me a call. Thanks.
