PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the undersigned

petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to
exempt by resolution the division of 7 acre tract of land into 4
tracts of approximately % acres each, more or less, and
which tract to be subdivided is more particularly described as follows:

Dear Elwyn,
This is to advise you that the Noname Creek Water Association,
Inc. (NCWA), by resolution of the Board of Directors on 8/29/79,
has agreed to sell you the necessary two shares of NCWA stock
that you have reauested.
These two shares will enable you to tap the NCWA line and provide
water service to one new dwelling unit to be located on the
western edge of a parcel of property commonly known as
Schrock's Cabins.
Please be advised that the NCWA is considering raising the
par value of its stock to more accurately reflect its true
market value.
