This work will be completed by Mitchell Creek, Ltd. and is secured by a letter of credit. The purchasers of Lot 3 have agreed to establish their lowest finish floor elevation at 5,766'. As a benchmark I have suggested the centerline of Donegan Road at the center of Lot 3, which is at an elevation of 5,761'. In other words the lowest finish floor elevation will be 5'0" above this benchmark elevation. I believe this should solve the posSible flooding problem.
