3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 2000 PSF.
4) AN ELEVATION SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR,
IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT ROOFS COMPLY WITH GARFIELD
COUNTY'S 25 -FOOT BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT AS DEFINED IN LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT
CODE. MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT = 8,494.75 ACTUAL ELEVATION ABOVE SEA LEVEL.
5) A SECOND KITCHEN IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE GUEST QUARTERS AS SHOWN ON PLANS
WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING A LAND USE CHANGE PERMIT FOR AN ACCESSORY
DWELLING UNIT PER GARFIELD COUNTY'S LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT CODE. IN LIEU
OF FULL-SIZE KITCHEN, A WET BAR MAY BE INSTALLED, BUT IT IS LIMITED IN SIZE TO
25 SQUARE FEET OF COUNTERTOP, MAY ONLY HAVE A BAR SINK AND NO FULL-SIZE
APPLIANCES SUCH AS A STOVE, OVEN, DISHWASHER, OR FULL-SIZE REFRIGERATOR.
6) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
