I am currently reviewing plans for a new residence for Dwight & Shermette Esgar located on County Road 331 south of
Silt.
But before we can finalize our plan review & issue a building permit we need additional information about a couple of
items:
• Soils Report — Can you please provide us with a digital copy of the reference soils report by HP -Kumar?
■ Building Height Calculations — You have indicated the baseline average grade and 25 -foot height limit (as shown
on exterior elevations) but in reviewing the Site Grading Plan (Sheet A 1.2) I cannot discern between
existing/proposed grades at the site for purposes of calculating the average natural grade. Can you provide us
with a site/building footprint plan that clearly indicates existing site grades?
