Completion of area designated on permit No. 4700 issued on March 23, 1993 as a
Storage area.
The area in question is approximately 600 sq. ft. in area. The valuation of this area was
determined as unfinished area at a rate of $10.00 per sq. ft. or $6,000.00. UBC
(Uniform Building Code) Section 304 (e), "Whenever any work for which a permit is
required by this code has been commenced without first obtaining said permit, a special
investigation shall be made before a permit may be issued for such work."
