GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING AND PLANNING AGREEMENT REGARDING CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WHEREAS, Mr David Tonder (hereinafter "Owner") has applied for a Certificate of Occupancy for a house located at 1103 County Road 308 in the Winter Subdivision, Garfield County, Colorado and, WHEREAS, the following items have been determined to be apparent defects or deficiencies with the application which prohibits the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy until they have been resolved pursuant to codes adopted by Garfield County and approved by the Garfield County Chief Building Official: Deficiency No. 1 The exterior stucco finish on the house has not been completed. and, WHEREAS, the Owner is willing to make certain assurances and agreements relating to these identified code deficiencies and on the basis of such assurances the County is willing to issue a Certificate of Occupancy. NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: A. The Owner agrees to do the following: Deficiency No. 1. To complete the exterior stucco finish within thilty(;39) days of the date of this agreement. St>cT'f t"tJ~ FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED OF THE OWNER: The Owner will complete all work described herein and request inspection of all work by the Garfield County Building Department. All work shall be completed in compliance with the stated provisions of the codes currently adopted by Garfield County in a manner that will enable approval of all work. All work, inspections and approval of work shall be completed within Thirty (aO) days. of the date of signing of this document. SIXTY (t"O.)~. B. In the event the Owner fails to perform as agreed on any of the above, the County may revoke any permits which may have been granted to the qwner.
