RESOLUTION NO. I SERIES OF 1993 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF CARBONDALE, COLORADO, APPROVING PLANS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE CRYSTAL· WELL HOUSE WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Carbondale has considered the plans prepared by Schmueser Gordon Meyer, Inc., for CClnstruction of the crystal Well House and water treatment facilities and finds that it is in the best interest of the citizens of the Town of Carbondale and will promote the health, safety and general welfare of said citizens to approve the same and construct the well house and water treatment facilities as soon as possible; and WHEREAS, the Garfield County Commissioners by Resolution dated January 19, 1976, approved this site for construction of public facilities for water treatment purposes; and WHEREAS, the Town of Carbondale wishes to designate the north side of the property on which the facilities will be built as the front of the property; BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF CARBONDALE, COLORADO, that the plans for the Crystal Well House and water treatment facilities dated February a, 1993, prepared by Schmueser Gordon Meyer, Inc., consisting of six pages, are hereby approved by the Board of Trustees of the · Town of Carbondale pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. 30-28-lO(l)(C) (1973 as amended). The Board of Trustees of the Town of Carbondale :further approves the site and location of the building as set forth in said plans and designates the north side of the property where said facilities are to be constructed as the front of the property.
