RE: Correspondence of 6/8/94
Dear Mr. Wilde:
In reply to your correspondence of 6/8/94, the following is
an explanation and/or information as you requested regarding the
construction of our home located at 0035 Dogwood Lane in Battlement
Mesa.
As per the second set of plans submitted to you June 7, 1994,
the bathrooms in question have been increased in size per your
suggestion.
Also, the stairs were redesigned to meet code requirements.
And the stairs were moved to underneath the master bathroom sink to
obtain headroom.
Aluminum insulated glass windows will be installed, bronze in
color. Any other trim installed will be in this same color. The
intent is to install stone work on the lower level as indicated on
the plans submitted instead of brick. The remaining of the exterior
of the residence will be dryvit stucco, a beige pink in color.
Insulation will be installed in accordance with code.
I do hope that the above meets with your satisfaction so that
permission to construct our residence will be expedient.
