REDLIN ED NUMERICAL NOTATIONS ON PLANS REFER TO ITEMS ON THE ATTACHED "RESIDENTIAL PLAN REVIEW LIST". 3) OPEN-HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 1500 PSF AS SPECIFIED BY STRUCTURAL ENGINEER. 4) VERIFY SIZE OF EXISTING RESIDENCE+ NEW ADDITION DOES NOT EXCEED 3 BEDROOMS PER EXISTING 1,000 GALLON CAPACITY SEPTIC TANK. IF A LARGER SEPTIC SYSTEM IS REQUIRED BECAUSE OF NEW BEDROOM ADDITION, O.W.T .S. MUST BE DESIGNED BY A COLORADO LICENSED ENGINEER (AS PER PLAT NOTE #15). 5) VERIFY CARBON MONOXIDE & SMOKE ALARMS AT ALL BEDROOMS WITHIN EXISTING DWELLING (AS PER ITEMS #32, #33 OF PLAN ATTACHMENTS). 6) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
