The area in question is in the basement area of l,326 sq. fl "The valuation of this area was determined as unfinished area at a rate of $10.00 per sq. ft.or $13,260.00. The investigation fee shall be equal to the amount of the permit fee required by the code. A building pennit will be required for the work unclerlaken.
