In reviewing the above plans during our bidding of the project we became
aware the the Square Footage of the home had been figured in error, Please
correct the square footage on the plans as well as for the building permit
or return the package to me and I will resubmit correctly.
The correct numbers are; 3183 S.F. TuLal LLviiag Area

The check for the building permit was also in error. It should hate been

Attached are two sets of Plans & Specifications for the above job. An
application was submitted on August 16, 1994, for this same job but was
cancelled due to costs coming out above the clients' budget.
The house has been re -designed to bring it down from 3719 SF to 2565 SF.
In August a check (#2422) was sent with the permit in the amount of $1,526.60
to cover the fees. I have spoken with you since and you said that you would
try to work something out with regard to a duplication of the plan check fee.
I will await contact from your office regarding the additional amount that
will be due to complete this permit.
The house is similar in design and construction but it has been downsized
considerably and some of the construction simplified. The foundation re -design
is in process with L. J. Lindauer, Inc. and copies of the Engineered Foundation
Design will be forwarded to you as soon as they are available, which I hope
will be early next week. I wanted to get the permit process going again to
hopefully beat winter construction conditions. We hope to be able to start
construction by Dec. 7, 1994.
Please let me know if anything further is needed to complete the permit.
