BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT
AND QUIT CLAIMS
THIS AGREEMENT, made effective this 151 day of 4A , 1995, by and between
UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a California corporation, whose address is
1201 West 5th Street, Los Angeles, California 90017, herein referred to as "Union" and
John K. and Barbara M. Snobble, natural persons, whose address is 5970 County Road
109, Carbondale, Colorado 81623, herein referred to as "Snobble." Union and Snobble
are herein collectively referred to as "Parties."
RECITAL
WI-IEREAS, the Parties hereto are adjoining landowners of parcels of property
situated in Section 28, Township 7 South, Range 88 West, 6th Principal Meridian,
Garfield County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Parties agree that their respective parcels should be and were
intended to be adjoining properties distinguished by a common boundary line on their
respective eastern and western boundaries, and
WHEREAS, there has been more than one survey over the years and the surveys
are not consistent, and
WHEREAS, as a result of the inconsistency of the surveys, the Parties are desirous
of establishing a common boundary line which is definite and final as between the
adjoining properties;
WITNESSETH
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits, covenants and
agreements of the Parties and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed between the Parties as follows:
1. Union hereby conveys, releases, and forever quit claims to Snobble, their
successors and assigns all of Union's right; title andinteiest in -and -to-all lands
lying east of the narrative metes and bounds common boundary line description set
forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and as depicted on the Boundary Line Survey
recorded March 25, 1994 at Reception No. 183 of Garfield County, Colorado
records, both of which are incorporated herein by this reference, situated in
Section 28, Township 7 South, Range 88 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Garfield
County Colorado, to have and to hold all of such right, title, and interest in the
property and premises to Snobble, their successors and assigns forever so that
neither Union nor its successors or assigns may, at any time hereafter, claim or
demand any right or title to the property, premises or appurtenances or any part

2. Snobble hereby conveys, releases, and forever quit claims to Union, its
successors and assigns all of Snobble's right, title and interest in and to all lands
lying west of the narrative metes and bounds common boundary line description
set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and as depicted on the Boundary Line
Survey recorded March 25, 1994 at Reception NNo. 183 of Garfield County,
Colorado records, both of which are incorporated herein by this reference, situated
in Section 28, Township 7 South, Range 88 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Garfield
County Colorado, to have and to hold all of such right, title, and interest in the
property and premises to Union, its successors and assigns forever so that neither
Snobble nor their successors or assigns may, at any time hereafter, claim or
demand any right or title to the property, premises or appurtenances or any part
thereof.
3. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding
this matter and supersedes all prior representations, negotiations or instruments of
any kind.
4. This Agreement and all covenants herein shall run with the land, and shall be
binding -upon -the Parties, their- respective successors -and -assigns
IN WITNESS THEREOF, the Parties have caused this Agreement to be executed
as of the day and year first hereinabove written.

Exhibit A
Commencing at a brass cap marking the corner common to Sections 28, 29, 32 and 33 of
Township 7 South, Range 88 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Garfield County, Colorado,
thence N 54° 58' 56" E, a distance of 695.38 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 13, of
said section 28 and the True Point of Beginning;
thence N 1° 00'52" E along the East line of Lot 13, Section 28, a distance of 909.31 feet
to the centerline of the Crystal River.
