J L., 1978 �k We have field checked the Snyder property located in Section 5, part of Lot 9 along the North edge of the Colorado River west of New Castle, and based on the attached sketch supplied by your office concluded the following: 1. Parcel A (50%) has about one acre which falls in the i00 -year floodplain. 2. Parcel B (30%) is out of the floodplain. 3. Parcel C (20%) has about one acre which falls in the 100 -year floodplain. KUIPER State Engineer II�; ,ice JUL -21 197$ 11 i .,L Re: Smith, Hardy, Van Leeuwen, Sneer and Cozens Exemptions Dear Ms. Anderson: We have reviewed the material submitted concerning the above referenced applications for exemption from subdivision regulations. It appears that all of the proposals are situated in areas where there is sufficient ground water available to allow for issuance of domestic well permits on all parcels without injury to senior water rights. This permit allows for household use and irrigation of up to one Acre of lawn or garden per lot as well as stock watering.
