We recently received your updated roof plan for Jupiter Otero's residence at 305 S. Sun Meadow Drive in Silt (see PDF
attachment).
It is my understanding from Jim Wilson, our building inspector, that this new shed roof structure has already been built,
but we need additional clarification and/or verification of several items at this new patio roof including the following:
• Size of Posts
• Footing/Foundation below Posts
• Pitch of roof structure
• Roofing material
Can you please provide us with specifications or written description of these elements?
