BOARD AT UNDERSIDE OF FLOOR FRAMING IF ENGINEERED WOOD JOISTS ARE USED (I.R.C., SECTION R302.13). SUBSEQUENT INTERIOR FINISH AT BASEMENT REQUIRES A SEPARATE BUILDING PERMIT. 6) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
