Richard:
We have reviewed plans for a new manufactured home for Cory Huck to be located on County Road 331 south of Silt.
But before we can release this building permit for this project we need to receive the following items:
1. Statement of Authority — Since this property is shown as currently owned by CMH Homes, Inc. we cannot
accept plans submitted by the homebuyer without a statement of authority from CMH Homes authorizing Cory
Huck to submit for building permit.
2. Driveway Permit — The rural location of this property requires a driveway permit from Garfield County's Road &
Bridge Dept.

Please submit both of these items to our office so that we can issue this building permit. You can either submit via email
to either Lindsay or Brooke (both of whom are also copied on this email) or you can provide these items when coming in
to pick up these permits.
