HomeMy WebLinkAboutConditions of PermitCONDITIONS OF PERMIT BLCO-09-17-4952 Professional Diesel and Automotive Accessory Use Storage Shed 3927 County Road 154, Glenwood Springs Eastbank Minor Subdivision, Lot 2 1) ALL WORK MUST COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE (I.B.C.), 2009 INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE (I.F.C.) AND MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS. 2) STORAGE SHED IS APPROVED FOR ACCESSORY USE TO THE AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP AND IS SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S "RURAL" ZONE DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS AS PER THE LAND USE DEVELOPMENT CODE. 3) STRUCTURE IS APPROVED AS TYPE 5-B CONSTRUCTION, S-1 OCCUPANCY AND BUILDING DEPT. APPROVAL ONLY INCLUDES FOOTPRINT/SIZE AS DEPICTED ON ENGINEER'S PLANS. OTHER ANCILLIARY STRUCTURES OR ADDITIONS TO THIS STORAGE SHED WILL REQUIRE ADDITIONAL BUILDING PERMIT(S). 4) MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE QUANTITY OF FLAMMABLE AND COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS PER 2015 I.B.C., SECTION 414 AND 2009 I.F.C., CHAPTER 27. 5) CONTACT LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT FOR PERTINENT INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE (I.F.C.) REQUIREMENTS. FIRE DISTRICT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL/COMPLETION INSPECTION. 6) IF APPLICABLE, ELECTRICAL PERMITTING & INSPECTIONS ARE BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. FINAL ELECTRICAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION.
