The findings of our observations and recommendations are presented in this report. We previously conducted a subsoil study for design of foundations at the site and presented our findings in a report dated May IO,2AI7 , Project No.17-7-263. The proposed construction is similar to that discussed in our previous report. The building has been designed to be supported on drilled piers as recommended in the report. The design by KRM Consultants consists of.27, twelve-inch dimeter piers with three No. 5 reinforcement bars for each pier. Our observations of the pier drilling conditions as well as reinforcement placed in the piers prior to concreting are provided on the attache construction activity and drilled pier observation reports. The pier numbers on the observation reports refer to pier locations shown on the attached Figure 1. The piers were installed per our recommendations and per KRM Consultant's design.
