NATURAL GRADE = 998.5' • MAX. BUILDING HEIGHT = 1023.5' ACTUAL ELEVATIONS ABOVE SEA LEVEL: (1000.0' DATUM = 6068.0' ACTUAL) ■ AVG. NATURAL GRADE = 6066.5' • MAX. BUILDING HEIGHT = 6091.5' 6) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 7) NOTE: GARFIELD COUNTY'S BUILDING DEPT. WILL PROVIDE INSPECTIONS THROUGH COMPLETION OF FOUNDATIONS, BUT WILL NOT CONTINUE BEYOND THAT POINT UNLESS THE PROPERTY OWNER HAS COMPLETED A FINAL AMENDED PLAT, WHICH IS REQUIRED TO CORRECT A SURVEY ERROR WITH REGARD TO THE BUILDING ENVELOPE AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS. ANY CONSTRUCTION COMPLETED PRIOR TO EXECUTION & RECORDING OF THIS AMENDED FINAL PLAT SHALL BE DONE AT THE RISK OF THE HOMEOWNER & CONTRACTOR.
