Since you are not the owner of the property located at 4482 CR 100 we will require a
letter of authority from Kellina Annette Ceola giving authority to you to sign the building
permit application on her behalf. She is the only authorized signatory for the revocable
trust. Please provide this letter by email as soon as possible so as not to delay the
building permit review. Thank you.
