I am requesting a partial refund on our permit # 10940 that we took out and all we have
gotten done is the walls and concrete of the basement, as you know my husband lost his
job and had to go into a different field but we are only able to pay our bills and there is
nothing left over to do anything on the house, and we hope some day soon we will be
able to finish the basement and built our home. Please let me know if this is possible and
