I am currently reviewing plans prepared by your office for a new S.F. residence located at Pinyon Mesa, Lot 62 and owed
by lntegrated Mountain Development.
Before we can finalize our plan review & issue a building permit for this project, we need some additional information
and clarification with regard to the following items:
/ a. Soils Report - Please provide our office with a digital copy of the site specific soils report by HP-Kumar as
referenced in the drawings.
,lø Basement Level - lt isn't clear to us if the basement is to be considered as finished floor area or left unfinished .
. . can you or your client please clarify? lf left unfinished there is a limit to how much work can be completed at
the basement level and there are specific requirements which must be met. ln addition, subsequent work for
finishing out this area will require a separate building permit before it can be completed at the job site. As a
result, before we can finalize our plan review, we need to know what the intent is with this portion of the home
t/r. Owner Signature on Permit Application - When the permit application was submitted to our office, the owner
signature was inadvertently left blank and this will need to be completed when the permit is picked up at our
office or we won't be able to release the building permit.
Can you please copy lntegrated Mountain Development on this email? Dana Yerian is listed on the Statement of
Authority submitted along with the building permit application, but there was not an email address listed for contact
information (the application as submitted was lacking in several respects).
