1) ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE (I.R.C.),
2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.), AND MANUFACTURER'S
SPECIFICATIONS.
2) REFER TO PLAN ATTACHMENTS FOR GARFIELD COUNTY'S BUILDING REQUIREMENTS
AND DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF NUMERIC NOTATIONS AS REDLINED ON DRAWINGS.
3) WORK MUST COMPLY WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S "RURAL" ZONE DISTRICT STANDARDS,
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OF "ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS" AS DEFINED IN GARFIELD
COUNTY'S LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT CODE, AND ALL CONDITIONS OF THE LAND USE
CHANGE PERMIT (PERMIT # GAPA-08-17-8571).
4) SEPTIC SYSTEM TO COMPLY WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S ON-SITE WASTEWATER
TREATMENT SYSTEM (OWTS) STANDARDS & SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.
5) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
