The attachedtrvo drawings show the post-lift elevations and the amount of lift thatwas attained. The
'Post-Lift Elevations" drawing canbe usedas a benchmark for future reference.
Prior to lifting the lowest point in the house was at the SW corner in the masterbedroom. This corner was
ltfted 7-314" to an elevation that is nowþst 1/4" lower than the highest point atthe SE cornerof the
masterbedroom. The 7-314" represents the maximum lift that was attained. Observation of the '?ost-Lift
Elevations" drawing indicates the low area of the house is now at the front, whereas prior to lifting it was
ttre high area. Likewise, the rear area of the horse was the lowest elevation initially, but it is now the high
area. The total elevation difference which now exists over the area of the house is +1-518", being lowest
at the walkout door from the house to the garage. Prior to lifting the elevation difference over the area of
the house was t7-1l8".
Most of the drywall cracks at the ceilings and walls have closed substantialþ as a result of the lift. Some
repair of drywall cracks is still required.
A1l doors close andlatch properþ exceptthe door to the masterbedroom. This door fits the jamb
properly but the latch plate on the jamb needs adþted. It is set too deep for the plunger to latch into
place. The windows operated trghtly prior to the lift and most still operate tightly.
There is still a gap betweenthe front porch slab and the steps. The steps should be adþsted/repaired or
replaced.

It is my understanding t}øt Foundation Repair of Western Colorado (FRWC) will PoþEVEL the gmage
slab to fill the void under the slab that was created by the lift. The poþLEVEL foam will provide stability
to the garage slab.
The lift was terminated atacceptable stress levels. In summary the concrete foundation stemwalls,
including the center stemwa[ are stabilized. The push piers were installed in accordance withthe
manufach¡rer's recommendation and specifications. The lift was accomplished in a proper mannerby
personnel fromFRWC.
The day following the lift, two helical piers were properþ instailed at the location of the future rear deck
to provide support for the outer side of the deck.
Please call me if you have any questions.
Respectfuþ submitted"
