This Statement ofAttthority is for ASPEN POLO PARTNERS, LLP. 2. ASPEN POLO PARTNERS, LLP is a Colorado limited liability partnership. 3. The mailing address for ASPEN POLO PARTNERS, LLP is: 715 West Main Street, Suite 201, Aspen, Colorado 81611. 4. Either: Craig V. Corona, or Gary A. Wright or Marc C. Ganzi, are duly authorized by ASPEN POLO PARTNERS, LLP, by its Managing Limited Partner, G &R Aspen, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, to act for and on behalf of Aspen Polo Partners, LLP, without limitation, to execute documents, instruments, affidavits, contracts, agreements, settlement statements, deeds of trust, promissory notes and other instruments to facilitate the purchase and future refinance, encumbering, acquiring or otherwise affecting title to certain real property in Carbondale, Garfield County, Colorado, described by metes and bounds on attached Exhibit A. 5. This Statement ofAuthority is executed and delivered pursuant to C.R.S. §38-30-172 by the undersigned on behalf of: ASPEN POLO PARTNERS, LLP. 6. This Statement ofAuthority amends, supercedes and replaces in all respects any prior Statement of AuthoriOP given by ASPEN POLO PARTNERS, LLP. 7. The undersigned intends and understands that the representations contained in this Statement ofAuthority will be relied upon by third -parties, expressly inclu ding, but not limited to Attorneys Title Insurance Agency of Aspen, LLC, Franklin Mountain Investments, Limited Partnership and its general partner Franklin Mountain GP, LLC, and Northern Trust N .A., relating to the above described real property. This Statement ofAuthority will expire without notice on 31 December 2018, unless renewed by a duly executed instrument. 8. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained in this Statement Authority shall purport to amend, replace or supercede any terms and conditions of the constituent documents of Aspen Polo Partners, LLP, including, without limitation, its limited liability partnership agreement, and to the extent any provision of such documents conflict with this Statement of Authority, the constituent documents shall control.
