Subject: Rice Residence - Permit #BLRE-11-17-5032

I am currently reviewing plans for Tom & Suzanne Rice's new home located at The Ranch at Coulter Creek — Lot 4.
But before I can finalize my review, I will need for you to provide us with the following items:
a. Soils Report — Please provide us with a digital copy of the soils report from LKP Engineering as referenced on
Structural Engineering drawings.
b. Proposed Floor Elevation Height — Also provide us with actual site elevation (above sea level) of main floor level
to allow for conversion of the 100'-0" datum elevation to actual site grades & topography.
Once we receive this information from you, we should be able to finalize our plan review.

b. 7470' will be the 100'-0" mark for the residence elevation
