But before I can finalize my review, I will need for you to provide us with the following items: a. Soils Report — Please provide us with a digital copy of the soils report from LKP Engineering as referenced on Structural Engineering drawings. b. Proposed Floor Elevation Height — Also provide us with actual site elevation (above sea level) of main floor level to allow for conversion of the 100'-0" datum elevation to actual site grades & topography.
