NUMBERED REFERENCES NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST. 3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY SOILS BEARING CAPACITIES AS FOLLOWS: ■ MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE = 3000 PSF • MINIMUM ALLOWABLE = 1000 PSF 4) AN ELEVATION SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT AS -BUILT ROOFS COMPLY WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S 25 -FOOT BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT AS DEFINED IN THE LAND USE DEVELOPMENT CODE, AND AS FOLLOWS: • AVG. NATURAL GRADE = 7,470.0' (actual elevation above sea level) ■ MAX. BUILDING HEIGHT = 7,495.0' (actual elevation above sea level) 5) VERIFY REQUIREMENTS AND COORDINATE INSPECTIONS OF VERTICAL LIFT WITH NORTHWEST COLORADO COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (NWCCOG) ELEVATOR INSPECTION PROGRAM. PROVIDE FINAL SIGN-OFF/APPROVAL AT FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 6) PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION, PROVIDE RADON TESTING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RANCH AT COULTER CREEK'S FINAL PLAT (NOTE #17) AS FOLLOWS: "DUE TO THE POSSIBLE PRESENCE OF RADON GAS IN THE AREA, TESTING FOR RADON GAS SHALL BE DONE WHEN THE RESIDENCE HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY." 7) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
