AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.) 2) REFER TO PLAN ATTACHMENTS FOR GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS. REDLINED NUMERICAL NOTATIONS ON PLANS REFER TO ITEMS ON THE ATTACHED "RESIDENTIAL PLAN REVIEW LIST". 3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 2000 PSF. 4) ON-SITE WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED AND INSPECTED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER LICENSED IN THE STATE OF COLORADO. PROVIDE ENGINEER'S FINAL REPORT PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 5) INSTALLATION OF A RESIDENTIAL FIRE -SPRINKLER SYSTEM IS REQUIRED, AND SYSTEM SHALL BE DESIGNED TO COMPLY WITH N.F.P.A. 13D OR I.R.C., SECTION 2904. VERIFY ALL FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND COORDINATE INSPECTIONS WITH LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF ROUGH -IN APPROVAL AT FRAMING INSPECTION & FIRE DISTRICT FINAL APPROVAL REPORT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 6) DRIVEWAY DESIGN AND TURNAROUND REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE APPROVED BY LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PROVIDE SIGN-OFF/FINAL APPROVAL REPORT FROM FIRE DISTRICT PRIOR TO FRAMING INSPECTION. 7) AN ELEVATION SURVEY, SEALED BY A COLORADO PROFESSIONAL LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT AS -BUILT ROOFS COMPLY WITH GARFIELD COUNTY'S 25 -FOOT BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT AS DEFINED IN THE LAND USE DEVELOPMENT CODE. 8) ALL RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION AND SITE DEVELOPMENT SHALL MEET THE WILDFIRE MITIGATION CRITERIA DEFINED IN THE COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE (C.S.F.S) DOCUMENT 6.302 CREATING WILDFIRE DEFENSIBLE ZONES. 9) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
