welding as required.

Witness field welding per{ormed at horizontal tube steel I vertical column connections throughout
Building B main level along gridline Êl 2-6.6 and 2 & 6.6 / E per detail B lÊ,28,
All special inspections pedormed for FGI Gonstruction as required by the 2015 lBG, structural
engineer (SGM), owner and local bullding lurisdiction (Garfield Gounty) per approved plans and
specifications. All field welding performed by certified operators employed by Pioneer Steel (AISG'
approved erector) using approved E7Ol8 electrodes. All connections executed per AWS
Dl.'l welding code. No problems
