INC. SURVEY ON DECEMBER 9TH, 2016.
2. THE GRADING WILL COVER APPROXIMATELY 1.44 ACRES AND WILL
REQUIRE 4,780 CY OF MATERIAL TO MOVED ONSITE.
3. THE AREA OF RESEEDING IS 0.86 ACRES.
4. THERE IS NO FLOODPLAIN WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE MELLIN
PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY FALLS WITHIN THE FIRM MAP FOR GARFIELD
COUNTY PANEL NO. 08020514658 WITH REVISION DATE JANUARY 3, 1986.
5. NO SPRINGS, STREAMS, OR WETLANDS ON THE PROPERTY.
6. THE DISTURBANCE OF VEGETATION WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AREA OF
GRADING DISTURBANCE SHOWN HEREON. CONSTRUCTION FENCING WILL BE
PLACED TO LIMIT WORK TO THE AREA OF GRADING.
7. THERE ARE NO EXISTING CULVERTS TO BE REMOVED AS PART OF THIS
GRADING AND THE EXISTING DIRT DRIVEWAY WILL BE REPLACED WITH
THE PROPOSED GRAVEL DRIVEWAY.
