In summary, the concrete foundation walls where piered are stabilized. The System 350 push piers were
installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation and specifrcations. The lift was
accomplished in a proper manner by personnel from Foundation Repair of Western Colorado (FRWC).
The two attached drawings show the final post-lift elevations and the amount of lift that was attained. The
"Post-Lift Elevation Survey" drawing can be used as a benchmark for future reference.
Prior to lifting on January 4,2078, the maximum elevation difference over the entire basement was
2-5/8'. After lifting the maximum elevation diflerence is 7/8". The lift was terminated mainly for two
reasons: additional lifting at piers 3# and #4 would have adversely affected the elevations to each side of
these piers; and, additional lifting would have most likely affected the water piping where the piping exits
the concrete slab.
Other observations are:

The panition wall between the north end bathroom and the bedroom closet may need to be raised,
particularly where it meets the exterior wall. This should be evaluated during the Polylevel
operation.
