The purpose of this letter is to provide confirmationthaÍ"the City of Glenwood Springs can and will serve the parcel of
land located at 74 County Road 132, Glenwood Springs, Colorado with domestic water and electrical service. This
parcel of land are currently owned by Storm King Rentals, LLC, P.O. Box 2317, Glenwood Springs, CO 81602 -
according to the Garfield County Assessor information.
As you know, the West Glenwood Springs Sanitation District is the sanitary sewer service provider.
Utility service is governed by and shall conform to the Glenwood Springs Municipal Code, as applicable, the Rules and
Regulations of the Electric Department, and it's Line Extension Policy'
