ALL SERVICE septic, LLC performed a septic tank installation observation for the subject property.
On June 12,2008 we observed a 2-compartment 1500-gallon FralorM plastic septic tank. The tank
was installed and backfilled during our observation. Risers were present for all compartments and
were brought to grade. The PVC tee was present on the inlet and the effluent filter on the outlet.
The septic tank was installed according to county specifications. This observation is not a guarantee
of workmanship andlor parts and materials. ALL SERVICE septic, LLC should be notified if changes
were to tank components.
