I certify that I have researched Mr. Austin Cavenders property for Mineral Owners and or
interests through Warranty Deeds, Special Warranty, Quit Claim Deeds and Bargain and Sale
Deeds with the assistance of the Garfield County Clerk and Recorders Office. We went back
from current ownership (Austin Cavender to the sale from John C. Brown and Frank O. Monroe
to Thomas H. Edsall (October 26, 1888), and found no evidence of Mineral Ownership.
