The purpose of these inspections was to verify that the soils were as anticipated from lhe previous geotechnical re,ports and lo insure that the subgrade and backtilt were rnoist¡.me oorxilitiofied and eornpacted as resoçnrnended The site was inspected as follows: 7t1112017 AM Foundation footprint excavated, subgrade scarified moisture conditioned and compacted Excavated material were as anticipated from previous geotechnical reports Testing showed good moisture and compaction Pad approved for backfill 711312017 AM Backfill placed moisture conditioned and compacted Íest$ng ;showed good.rnoisiwre,and,oo¡qpaction Pad approved for next lift of backfill 411512017 PM Pad brought to Final grade and compacted Testing showed good moisture and compaction Pad approved for concrete The preparation of the basement foundation pad at Lot 23 in the Rapids of Colorado subdivision meets the requirements for the construction of the residence. Capstone approves of the compaction. The soils at this site are suitable for a foundation designed for maximurn bearing capacity of 2,00Û psf.
